75 Lateral Pumpkin Jumps (set up a Bar to use while holding your “pumpkin”)
50 Pumpkin Push Presses
100 Pumpkin Sit ups( It is ok that the ball hits behind your head if you drop the ball then the penalty occurs)
50 Pumpkin over rig “wall ball” throws
75 Pumpkin Squat Cleans
Use a medicine ball (20/14 lb) as your pumpkin
Break up the work as needed between partners. Working partner must have the “pumpkin.” At any point there’s a 5-burpee penalty for both partners each time the “pumpkin” touches the ground before the workout is finished.
