Mountain Trail CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that follows the CrossFit methodology. We believe that our community will help foster a love of fitness that will inspire you to work hard and keep coming back for more. We develop athletes, individuals, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through functional and constantly varied exercises, performed at high intensity. Our program combines the most effective aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity interval training.
We believe that working on fundamentals before attempting complex movements and taking the time to train safely and consistently allows everyone to reach their full potential safely. We have a low coach to athlete ratio which allows very personalized attention to everyone in class.
The foundation of a successful CF starts with the community we build to encourage each other. We will believe in you more than you believe in yourself. At MTCF we will work hard, cheer each other on, sweat, bleed, identify weaknesses and through it all we will get stronger together. In CrossFit there is no room for egos or bad attitudes. In order to get the most out of your experience, you will need to be supportive, competitive, strong, and humble.
CrossFit helps you set goals and achieve more than you realized you were capable of and we want to be a part of that journey with you.
