Score is total time for 3 rounds. If Athletes hit Time Cap Score is Rounds + Meters.
One Partner Rows while other holds Slamball (30/20). Switch after Meters Complete.
Workout Flow:
Partner 1 250 Meter Row while Partner 2 holds slamball
Then
Partner 2 does 250 Meter Row while Partner 1 holds slamball.
Continue with the 500 and 750 Meter Row. 1 Round is when both partners complete the 3 distances.
Fitness:
Same as RX but athletes can choose Slamball weight or do no hold.
*Can choose different machine but adjust Meters/Calories accordingly.
