80 Box Jump Overs

40 DB Clean & Jerks

80 Plank Get Ups

40 DB Front Squats

200m Run

80 DB Lunges (Reverse or Forward)

40 Push-ups

Partners run together.  For movements Partners split Reps as they need.  One works one rest.  Everyone has own DB’s.  Can share box for Box Jumps unless there are enough boxes for everyone.
