We're more than a CrossFit gym — we're a community of real people working toward real goals. Some of us are here to keep up with our kids. Some are training for their first race or CrossFit competition. Others simply want to stay strong, mobile, and healthy as the years go by — because aging well is one of the most important things fitness can give you. And yes, some of us have our sights set on competing at the highest level. Whatever brought you through the door, our coaches will build a path forward that's personal to you. We take our fitness seriously, but we never take ourselves too seriously — expect hard work, plenty of laughs, and a community that genuinely feels like home.

OUR CLASSES

Mountain Trail CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that follows the CrossFit methodology. Our program combines the most effective aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity interval training. Each class will consist of a warm up and stretch, a strength focus, and a Workout of the Day. We believe that working on fundamentals before attempting complex movements and taking the time to train safely and consistently allows everyone to reach their full potential safely. We have a low coach to athlete ratio which allows very personalized attention to everyone in class.
